How do we perceive things?

We all see things in a different way. This is why we respond to situations differently. Athletes and employees are concerned because they are both human being. But can we change our perception of things? Can we train ourselves to see things in a way that is more helpful for us? The answer is yes. The key to do so is to accept to challenge ourselves (or to be challenged) and to be brave enough to accept the change. (Self) Reflections playa key role here. Accepting to change is often the starting point for succeeding.
