Trust yourself

As human being, we sometimes trust ourselves or doubt about our ability to succeed. Depending on the circumstances and our level of confidence/resilience, our ability to be confident varies very much. Positive psychology plays a key role here. The challenge for all of us is to build, over time, a ‘baseline’ of confidence that cannot be damaged, whatever the circumstances are. If you have a bad day, feel weak, you will still have a level of confidence that allow you to perform at a certain level.
